Petrochem Refinery Tanks
Due to local protest efforts, Petrochem Refinery tanks near the Ventura River were removed but the site will still be used--for storing vehicles. Their colorful graffiti could have been saved, fancy "decorations" on abandoned sites.
This photo depicts the Central Valley California Dust Bowl, created, according to local growers, by the US Congress. Global-warming droughts and over-pumping of aquifers deplete this vast growing space of water.
